Original Image Holding Fire (Video Effect) One of the video tutorials I have planned for BlenderPimp is Holding Fire for a video effect, and today I was working on doing just that. However I couldn't figure out a way to get a soften skin effect. For example there's a plugin for Gimp called GMIC, and there's two filters in the plugin called Anisotropic smoothing, and Patch-based smoothing. Which in essence the filter softens images up. Anyway I was wondering what ideas do you have for improvements???

Well I had to re-record the video, cause cheese webcam boot recorded like 10fps, and it looked extremely bad. After I re-recorded the video the lightning was totally different so I had to work with what I got, and I got the result below. (I personally think this is better then the one above) You can head here to see it in action, just hover over the image.

The quality as a gif was terrible as it only supports 256 colors.

The lighting sucked when I recorded the video, I'll convert it to a gif when I get home tonight, I gotta leave in like 5 minutes to put a wrestling ring up, and train.

I crashed as soon as I got home, I forgot about the conversion until now lol so I'm extracting the animation frames into a folder right now, and I'll be putting that in gimp once it's done, and then saving the animation.

I scaled it down to 200x150 from it's original dimensions of 640x480, and adjusted the frame timing so every 50 milliseconds the frame changes to the next frame, and it loops of course.
