No its for ones you already have installed. Whether legal ones or ones you used a crack or keygen on, doesn't matter. It reads your computer and gets all your serials and find them and puts them in a fill for you basically.
See most people once they type in there serial, they dont keep it and / or you can not on my programs look it up through the settings or options and stuff like that. So thats why. So it can tell you what ALL you serials are very very thing on your computer that has one and that the program has listed to work for and on.
Like most company's email you the serial if you buy it from them, so most people just type it in and throw away the email. etc etc.. see what i mean, then they have no serial no more.
Plus good for use with one that people use key gens on or cracks cause it will give you those serials to then you can save them to use them again to reinstall if needed.with out buying a new serial just to reinstall a program you already have or bought or keyed.
