No.. It is at first. You have to get free account then trail on the pro account. [which can renew trail ever 15 days] It will email you and tell you when to reclick to renew to have for another 15days.

oh, okay, i didn't have time last night to set up programs, and have been looking around in this and i can't get to where it should be able to let me do that *sigh* i hate having to have so many questions, but i keep running into so many delays and walls!!, got to run now, have class tonight.

Its no problem.
With that system to i can even image mine with a snapshot and send it to you and u install it into cloud. Or just share. But better for you to do it to figure out how to use etc...

check your email then for others stuff u must updateand add to get to normal page or on top right of main page so u can upgrade.
Also you have to create the OS environment before it will take you into it hun....
Do u even look around or read up, or try before you post something. ??
We are not going to walk you threw every single little step hun... I mean some stuff you have todo on your own and figure out.... Were not going to do it all for you every time hun...

yes, i do look around, and when you can't get past a dashboard as i said, then you have to figure out what in help you need to look up........so, what am i to do but write them then.
left to my own devices, sometimes you get there and other times you don't, that's why i look for help.

Well we cant help you if we dont know what's going on hun.. so take a screen shot of the place your talking about so we can see. Basically you need to create a computer OS environment. Then you can do the rest. It should show you steps to do it and create one. [if u signed up for the right thing & place.]

i'll take a screenshot tomorrow then, i remember it finished looking into system-i was only able to get that far.
u mentioned do the upgrade, which i didn't do and then every fifteen days renew? i'm not clear on that renew part.

Yes exactly. That's for the 'pro' account. It only allows you to trail it for 15days. Then will allow another but have to do it and submit it everytime to extend the 15 for the pro account.
You do not 'need' that to do what your doing but.. you should get & do it anyways just so you have those extra features as well.

no error messages pop up to give me a clue as to why this is happening, i'm using firefox 3.63, so, it's the latest...
1st one, just showing, logging in
2nd one is when i click settings.

As i have said 3 times... It is free. no error messages pop up to give me a clue as to why this is happening, i'm using firefox 3.63, so, it's the latest...

I don't know. As also said. You havent went to the main dashboard and created any OS environments yet. So it's not going to show them. On the page setting shows that you have to fill out and keep going through your settings and filling them out so can get to the main dashboard. This isnt hard Mary.. i mean come on. |

so sorry, i just thought something else on this upgrade deal, okay got that. i sent an email back to them today, ill try it again tomorrow, but its not making it easy at this point to get to the settings, not much else i can say on this.
