God I hate asking questions

Anyway Here's Problem 1:
I can't play swf flash animations on my desktop, I haft to open it in firefox to play it, and I do have adobe flash player 10, and the shockwave flash player as well.

Problem 2:
I was going to sing with this chick here yesterday on SingSnap. Well I have a built in webcam and mic on my Acer ASPIRE 5520-5912, and when it went to the flash player settings, which is what I was expecting.

Flash Player Problem

I now get something that I'm not expecting, because I can't deny, allow, close, nothing, it won't let me do anything, but I can click the links and that, that's not in that flash thing. So I just uninstalled, and then reinstalled it, and same issue. So how can I fix this???

the programs themselves ?

I got Shockwave Flash Player, but when I try to use it to open with my flash swf files it doesn't show up, and I looked for it, and all I could find is shockwave helper exe applications.

I did have adobe flash cs3 for awhile, and then uninstalled it with CCleaner, cleaned the registery with ccleaner, and I also use Eusing Free Registry Cleaner.

Sounds like your missing main components and not only that not sure if you knew this but you can not play flasf swf files on your computer man unless you have adobe flash installed and ran / opened through it. the flashplayer (so called) 9 that like comes with flash cs2 will not even open them. It and they read a different type of flash so to speak.. not reg swf like files. they will play through your browser though.

Also never use a program like ccleaner to uninstall stuff man or do registry work unless you uninstall them normally through there own uninstall file.. then run a registry cleaner if needed but.. never just use those to uninstall or take out certain pieces as those things can be and are real dangerous and can cause lots of other problems as well so have to be reallyyyy careful using them for real. Most people dont realize that.

I didn't know this part "You can not play flasf swf files on your computer man unless you have adobe flash installed and ran / opened through it."

Thanks, that's problem number 1 solved.

Now for problem number 2, I only get that error in firefox, not google chrome, safari, opera, none. Just firefox.

I tried uninstalling firefox, and then a reinstall, same problem. I'm thinking maybe trying the 3.6 beta and maybe it'll be fixed. However this is the one problem that annoys me a lot.

No problems.. So what about problem 2 then ?? What is it ?? Looks like you just may need to reinstall/update flashplayer. Then "accept" the transmission dialog box to be able to connect to the browser flashplayer.

Problem 2 is when the flash player settings come up, and it won't let me accept, deny or nothing on it.

I reinstalled flash player 10, and still same problem.

Have you tried to reinstall the whatever progrm it was again first ??

Also, are you running any other tpye of apps of the same and also any types of blinds or window software ?? If so try disabling it. then try and open and click 'allow' etc...
