Who uses them and / or is a bloggers like that or forum user that requires them for your pic to be able to be shown..

So who all has one or signed up for one ??

Basically it is your pic that is shown on all sites that use globally recognized (which is a lot of them, probably 80%) of blogs or sites out there, like wordpress and others. That way when you post a comment, as all you have to do is type in your email address (that you use also set as your gravatar sign up, and it will automatically show the pic you assigned to it with that email address. Plus you can have a couple different pics uploaded to the gravatar site but.. Anyways, yup, that's what it is and does. That's how all those pics show up on the blog or forum comment posts that when you leave a comment on one and always wonder how to upload a pic when you leave the comment and there is no upload spot or anything. That cause it draws it from gravatar site and recognizes it threw your email

That way you dont have to sign up to be a member to those certain blogs or sites, plus as some do not let you anyways, so theres no way to even upload a pic, but ALL of them mostly have to ask you for your email to post for safety reasons and / to help from spammers so.. Yup, that way you can still use a pic to the ones you dont want to sign up for, or can not even sign up for, but to be able to still have a pic next to your post.

I do have certain images that I've worked with that I use consistantly through out sites.. at least I try to...

Like this image on http://www.BarryMarkWeisinger.com .... I picked it up not too long ago.. few months or so.. didn't make much mention on it... and only did a quick basic.. just my ish narrowed down.. probably put it all together within an hour blah blah lol .. 


I'll check it out again.. read more about it.. I'm about passed out right now.. balancing my energy for the weekend..

Still dont really understand ya but... This is not really a constant pic. Wll it is but nopt one you have to upload every where for it to show on gravatar enabled sites. Only upload it at the main gravatar site, and then it automatically shows every where that the sites have gravatar enabled like wordpress sites, and etc etc...

and of course you can still log in to your account there and change your pic at anytime.

That is all the site really is, just a log in name / password and for you to upload a pic and thats it.

But then on all blog sites or whatever type sites, you have a separate pass if even needed. But use that same email that your Gravatar is attached to for it t show up on your posts.

in other words, its of course not the same log in info for the commented sites that it is for your Gravatar upload site. If you see what im trying to say.

Yeah yeah .. I gotcha on that.. Understood.. .. I haven't spent too much time on those sites up to date..  so, haven't had that need..  but, yes, it makes sense for sure.. and very cool for that purpose!
