ToYcon

Icon image editing program. Can simple drop and rag images or right click and convert them into .ico icons to use for your computer icons or favicons or whatever you like. Pretty simple to use and great little program so far.

Screenshot will be posted in a little bit. [sorry]. Plus a program tutorial. Wink

Pretty nice program. It reminds me of Imagicon.
