CamStudio is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer and create industry-standard AVI video files and using its built-in SWF Producer can turn those AVIs into lean, mean, bandwidth-friendly Streaming Flash videos (SWFs)

Here are just a few ways you can use this software:

    * You can use it to create demonstration videos for any software program
    * Or how about creating a set of videos answering your most frequently asked questions?
    * You can create video tutorials for school or college class
    * You can use it to record a recurring problem with your computer so you can show technical support people
    * You can use it to create video-based information products you can sell
    * You can even use it to record new tricks and techniques you discover on your favourite software program, before you forget them.

ALSO- Comes with some other packed programs that are pretty useful also Smiley

You will need to find this icon in the un-ziped file and that is your main record part of the programs. Make sure you set all your settings up correctly before you use once you open it all your top tabs go througgh them and set everything up before you use and you should be all good to go.

I use this one alot for quick jobs. Then sometimes depending on size or what it is i convert it to a different format then upload / use it as another besides AVI.

But its a great little program. Smiley

For bigger a better jobs i use Camtasia Studio. Which we also have here in our DL section if you like to check it out to. They both ROCK !!!!

 *cheers
