*Xtreme Stylez reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Xtreme Stylez sole discretion, violates this provision terms of service, including, without limitation, terminating your Membership and also reporting such activity or Content to proper law enforcement authorities.
Our Basic Standard Service Agreement:
➔ Xtreme Stylez, Twisted X Productions nor the owner of said companies are not responsible for any loss’s due to loss of wages, uptime, earnings, or damages due to the use of our services or for any reason.
➔ Xtreme Stylez, Twisted X Productions stand by all our work and will repair any issue that may occur to our service only and will psychically do our selfs only if it is proven our fault by us or in a court of law.
➔ Any problems, service changes or price changes per different in contract or estimate will be put in a change order and sent out to our customers for approval first.
➔ Some of our services can require a 90 day turn around time. Clients are advised this whether it applies to them or not.
➔ We reserve the right to terminate any of our services at any time for any reason without incident.
➔ We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time per updates. All new versions will be resent out to the clients for approval and resigning.
➔ All clients shall receive a set of customized terms of service per the work they are looking for or need done.
➔ Late fees apply on invoices and charges over due.

We also have a customized agreement per customer and the work being done that will be customize to fit them and the services they are having done and also to be signed before any work is to begin. Along with an estimate that must be signed also prior to any work being started once approved on both ends between us and our clients.
