Do not open it nor go to the link to read the card as it is a virus and will infect your system as soon as it is opened. Not even downloaded all though it will bring you write to the page and a download menu option will prompt you to download/install it or save it. To view the card or use there card system to read your card and/or to send your own cards. It's all false. Luckily my systems and safety software blocked it before it could even do anything also before it was even downloaded. So hopefully you all have good safety software and it will block it to begin with before it is even on your computer as i said as it tried even before it was downloaded as the save dialog box come up. So it seems to be most likely 2 set's if not more of spyware / virus's.
Do not do anything with it. Send it in to your email company along with full email headers so they can trace the persons message ID and IP address. You can report it as spam but that will not do much good in this matter. Send it in a phishing scam and or also straight to your support system for whatever email company you use so they can handle this and put a real true stop to it the right way.
Most of the time i know better which i did in this case also but i obviously know what i am doing and opened it on purpose to see what it was all about and to investigate it to be able to put a full warning out about it.
