How to disable User Account Control (UAC) on Windows 7

The infamous User Account Control (UAC) has made it's way to Windows 7, and while it is far less intrusive than its Vista counterpart, it can still be incredibly annoying.
Today, I'm going to teach you how to disable this most aggravating feature. To those less familiar with UAC or aren't entirely sure what it's purpose is, it was designed to prevent unauthorized access to your computer by Malicious Programs and Hackers.
Before we start however, I would like to note that User Account Control is a security feature if you disable it you do so at your own risk and neither I nor Xtremestylez take any responsibility for any harm that may come to your computer. However if you exercise caution when downloading and installing new programs and browsing the web you’ll most likely be fine.
Now there are several different methods, but because this tutorial is only intended for the every day user and not advanced users, I will only be covering one of these methods.
So go ahead and open up your Control Panel. You can do so by opening up your Start Menu and selecting Control Panel.
From there you need to select User Accounts and Family Safety and then select User Account.
Now once you've opened that up all you have to do is select Change User Account Control settings from the bottom of the menu.

And then from there you need only drag that slider bar down as low as it can get so that it will say Never Notify.

Now all you need to do is hit that OK button and UAC will be disabled.
That's really all you need to do.
For anyone looking to disable UAC for Vista I've written a tutorial for that too. You can find it by
